Probably the biggest clue that Katsuya works too damn hard is that if you get him in a quiet place and get his guard down, he almost always drifts off for a while.
Of course, this is only possible because he's so comfortable around Verity. At least he won't wake up screaming and throttling whoever's touching him in an hour.
