She'll let him kiss her, but if he bothers to look at her he'll see she's hurting more now than when he arrived. If he thinks about it, maybe he'll remember he hasn't accepted her apologies or told her she's forgiven.
Or he can let her keep wondering what else she's supposed to apologize for.
Either way she's getting up to put the ice cream away. The whole bag is going to be shoved blindly in the freezer. "Do you want some coffee?"
