That's one of those 'borderline' things that she very carefully doesn't engage in. She never wants her boys to feel like they have to curb their self-expression just because she's embarrassed, or whatever.
Frankie is now peering at Katsuya as well, and he's got a strange, almost calculating look on his face. Like Katsuya has unveiled a secret of the multiverse. He's put two and two together far too quickly.
